Refunds
Created by SD does not accept returns. If there are issues with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order via email at info@createdbysd.com. Please include pictures of the item(s), along with the invoice/order number for the order. If you do not email within 3 business days of receiving the order, we will not be able to process a potential store credit. Refunds are processed for orders that we cannot fulfill.
Items are not returnable due to sizing issues. Since all garments are printed and made-to-order, we cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size. Please choose the correct size by referring to our measurement charts.
Custom Orders
Custom printed orders are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order, we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution. Please refer to our terms and conditions to see if the issue falls into our allowable range. Since all of our items are handmade, there may be variations between or even within an order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. When contacting us with an issue, please be sure to include photos for our reference. You may contact us with your pictures and comments.
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, Created by SD does not cover the shipping cost of a returned item. Returns must be received within 10 days. We will notify you once we’ve received and evaluated your email, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Digital Downloads
For digital goods and services that Created by SD provides, there are no refunds or returns available to you due to the digital nature of the product. If you have purchased multiple items by accident, then proof of purchase will need to be provided within seven (7) days of the second purchase, with proof of the duplicated items.
Aside from duplicate purchases, created by SD has the right to refuse refunds for other matters.
This artwork is property of Created by SD and is for personal use only. You may print these files as many times as you'd like, but commercial use is strictly prohibited. Please refrain from sharing, re-selling, or uploading publicly available websites.
